Zesty Ginger in Lobodil

We all know Ginger, scientifically known as Zingiber officinale to be a spicy rhizome that adds flavours to Asian cuisines. But apart from this, it has a medicinal value too. The volatile oils such as zingerone, sogaols and gingerols have been found to have analgesics, sedative and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
